Refund Policy

Cluevora is a digital product. Access is delivered immediately after purchase, and once you have it you can generate and export unlimited finished work straight away. For that reason we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after access has been granted.

Please decide before you buy. We would rather you didn’t purchase than be unhappy.

This policy applies to every Cluevora product, including the main product and any upgrade, add-on or additional offer, unless a specific offer states something different in writing at the point of sale.

We state that explicitly because a policy that covered only part of a purchase would be an unclear policy, and we would rather you knew exactly where you stand.

This policy does not override:

• rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be waived — these vary by country and continue to apply;
• the rules of the checkout or payment platform used for your purchase, which may require a refund in particular circumstances;
• obligations of the payment networks or your card issuer.

Where any of those require a refund, the refund is made.

A final-sale policy is not a refusal to help. If Cluevora is not working, is not doing what the sales page said, or you cannot get access, contact us at [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH — support & legal contact email] and we will work to put it right.

A payment dispute or chargeback is separate from asking us for a refund, and it is decided by your bank or payment provider, not by us. Please contact us first — a direct conversation is almost always quicker.

If a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, your access to Cluevora may be ended, and commercial rights in output generated under that payment do not survive.

Cluevora does not currently offer recurring subscription plans. If we introduce them, cancelling a subscription will stop future charges from the next billing date; it is not the same as a refund of periods already paid and used, and this policy will be updated before any such plan is offered.
