Commercial Use — Quick Summary

Publish books you create with Cluevora on Amazon KDP?

Yes. Your paid licence permits you to use eligible output you generate to create commercial books for Amazon KDP and other publishing or marketplace platforms. We can’t guarantee any marketplace will accept a given book — that is their decision and their rules.

Sell those books commercially?

Yes — print or digital, on any platform you like or direct to your own customers. You keep the proceeds. We take no share of your sales and claim no ownership share in your finished books.

Do it without buying a separate commercial tier?

Yes. Commercial rights are included in every paid plan. There is no upgrade to unlock them.

Keep selling books you made with valid paid access, if that access later ends?

Yes. Cluevora is a one-time purchase with no subscription to run out. If your access to the Studio ever ends, your commercial rights to output you validly generated while your paid access was valid do not expire, and books you already published stay yours to keep selling. The exception is a purchase that is refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise invalidated: rights in output generated under that access do not survive.

Use the Expansion Vault tools commercially?

Yes, on the same terms. Kids Mystery Edition books, covers you make in Book Cover Studio for your own books, and cases made with Customize Cast are output like any other, while your Expansion Vault is usable (it needs active Core and Publisher Pro purchases). The included artwork travels inside your books and covers, not on its own. Fonts follow their own licences (see Third-Party Notices), and anything you upload must be yours to use.

Back up your own project files?

Yes. Back up, keep copies and move them between your own computers freely.

Resell or redistribute Cluevora itself?

No. Your licence is to use the software, not to sell, rent, sublicense or give it away.

Publish or sell content made in the Cluevora Trial?

Not while you are on the Trial. Trial content is for evaluation only and is not licensed for commercial use. That includes publishing it on Amazon KDP, selling it, or including it in a paid product, until the same account receives eligible paid Cluevora access. Trial PDFs carry a CLUEVORA TRIAL watermark; Trial content is not licensed for commercial use with or without it.

Share your account or licence?

No. Access is for the person who bought it. No shared logins, no group access.

Sell the included portraits or artwork as standalone files?

No. The Cluevora artwork library — including the Kids Mystery Edition props and characters and the Book Cover Studio shapes and illustrations — is proprietary product content supplied with Cluevora. It may be used inside pages and covers you generate and sold as part of your finished book. Extracting it and selling it as images is not permitted.

Repackage the artwork as your own asset library?

No. No clip-art packs, template libraries or asset bundles built from Cluevora content, and no using it to build a competing product.

Keep commercial rights from a refunded or charged-back purchase?

No. If the payment for your access is refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise invalidated, commercial rights in output generated under that access do not survive.

Use images, portraits or fonts you don't have the rights to?

No. Portraits you upload in Customize Cast, and images and fonts you add in Book Cover Studio or any project, must be yours to use and to publish. Uploading them gives no one rights they did not already have.

Distribute project files as a way of passing on our content?

No. Project files are for your own backup and workflow. Sharing your finished book is fine; using project files to hand our bundled content to other people is not.
