Every paid Cluevora plan includes commercial-use rights. There is no separate commercial tier and no extra fee to sell what you create.
Yes, you can
Publish books you create with Cluevora on Amazon KDP?
Yes. Your paid licence permits you to use eligible output you generate to create commercial books for Amazon KDP and other publishing or marketplace platforms. We can’t guarantee any marketplace will accept a given book — that is their decision and their rules.
Sell those books commercially?
Yes — print or digital, on any platform you like or direct to your own customers. You keep the proceeds. We take no share of your sales.
Do it without buying a separate commercial tier?
Yes. Commercial rights are included in every paid plan. There is no upgrade to unlock them.
Keep selling books you made while your licence was valid, after it ends?
Yes. Your access to the Studio ends with your plan, but your commercial rights to output you validly generated while it was active do not expire. Books you already published stay yours to keep selling.
Back up your own project files?
Yes. Back up, keep copies and move them between your own computers freely.
No, you can’t
Resell or redistribute Cluevora itself?
No. Your licence is to use the software, not to sell, rent, sublicense or give it away.
Share your account or licence?
No. Access is for the person who bought it. No shared logins, no group access.
Sell the included portraits or artwork as standalone files?
No. The artwork may be used inside pages you generate and sold as part of your finished book. Extracting it and selling it as images is not permitted.
Repackage the artwork as your own asset library?
No. No clip-art packs, template libraries or asset bundles built from Cluevora content, and no using it to build a competing product.
Distribute project files as a way of passing on our content?
No. Project files are for your own backup and workflow. Sharing your finished book is fine; using project files to hand our bundled content to other people is not.
Two things worth knowing
Generated content isn’t exclusive. Cluevora builds cases procedurally from shared systems and shared artwork, so another customer may receive similar elements. What’s yours is the book you assemble and publish.
Check your work before you publish. You are responsible for reviewing what you sell and for meeting the rules of the platform you sell it on, including any rules about generated or assisted content.
